Basically, Aoi is dressed up as Katsura, a character from Gintama, whose catch phrase is "I'm not XXX, I'm XXX". And in a radio show back in February or so, Aoi said "I'm a star of Japan~ No...I'm a star of the world!"

Ahh, it's hard to understand when you don't know the in-jokes behind the picture. ^^;;;;
